I've had 3 similar ones in the past, but came across this one again in an unsearched lot off ebay. I'm guessing that it is a Chihli 10 Cash Coin dated 1906 from China, am I correct? Thank you very much for your help, I really appreciate it :)

I'm not sure why you think the coin is from Zhili (Chihli).

The small Chinese character in the very middle of the coin is e (e„‚) which means that the coin was minted in Hubei Province.

Hupei Province, 10 Cash (1 cent) CD1906 Y10j.3- 4 flames on pearl, large incuse swirl on pearl. The date is the 2 outer characters at the top, the mint mark is on the disk in the middle. This whole series of coins is quite similar, with some variations in the dragons and clouds, the dates and mint marks, and sometimes the emperor.
