Not much really, it is a relatively common coin certainly no more than £10. 1911 was the first year of George appearing on this coin and they minted 23,000,000+ that year and 48,000,000+ the following year.

I have a long outdated reference book that makes a note that the neck has a couple of varies either hollowed or flat. (I think yours is the hollowed if you look the line at the botton of the neck has a curve to it rather than being straight across) but it lists them as all the same price)

There are three possible mintages for pennies of that era, The standard mind, Heaton mint and Kings Norton mint. This sometimes makes a dramatic difference to the value but I see in that year only the standard mint produced pennies.

thanks so much for your help. I'm a real newbie at this and apprieciate all advice. I've around 50coins and no idea of the value lol. I dnt suppose you have much experience with toy coins from 1837-1901 by any chance? thanks again guys

Generally I don't know a great deal about anything unless I own varieties of it. I am not sure what you mean by toy coins.

i see, well I have a coin I've been tryna research it has bavarien spielmark inscripted on the head side half penny on the reverse and no date. turns out this is a toy coin from around the Victorian era...
this is the only place I can find it

If you could get £10 for the 1911 I would eat my hat.It is a 10p coin all day long.Even a pair of 1918 h & kn's sold for £1.27 in that condition.Avoid anything below GEF because it will be worth pence.

Yes common I am afraid .. I now put all the ones I get in job lots into my scrap copper bag .. its a shame but there just not worth trieing to sell
