hello everyone I'm new to this site so I hope I posted this where I should have

Anyway my mother in law is always coolecting coins she finds in her change and I am usually the one who has to identify them and recenlty she found one that I can't figure out. anyway here are the pics any help would be apprecieated

P.S. the coin looks like a dime as it is the same size as one
