Hey Bing ... => yah, that link that I posted in my last comment takes you to my good ol' Addictive Steve's 30 day Therapy thread ... if you click on the link, it takes you to that quote of biggfredd's regarding Lucy VanPelt pulling the ball away just before Charlie Brown is about to try and kick it (it's a classic Peanuts gag-routine) ... anyway ... your coin of Victory holding the shield is why biggfredd thought of Lucy holding the ball ... https://goccf.com/t/115477&whichpage=8Hmmm? ... nevermind ... the joke had to be explained in my original thread as well, so I guess only biggfredd and I thought that the joke was funny? How is the weekend treatin' ya so far? I think I'm gonna go take the hounds for a quick walk down to the water (it is close to 30 degrees here and super muggy ... my dogs are more used to snow, wind and bone-chilling temperatures) ...

Eng: I think you have this last one mis-attributed. I think it is Probus with a CLEMENTIA TEMP reverse legend. Which means this is Probus and Jupiter on the reverse. There are a ton of RIC numbers associated with this coin and reverse and the image is not clear enough for me to match it.

jw, I wasn't sure about this coin when I posted it. I'm using the coins out of a lot that I bought and that was my only weak one of the dirty dozen.... After a while on wild winds, it looks like a Probus, maybe Ric 386.1.. rev. Emperor standing, receiving globe from Jupiter,Mint Ticinum, I can make out the 2 xx's and the T. I might have cleaned this one to far..... .....Thanks for the input...

I'm somewhat partial to campgate coins. Here are three of mine, but honestly, they may not be the three best: Constantine I (green patina), Arles mint: Licinius I (silvered), Heraclea mint: Constantine II (sand patina), Antioch mint:

Nice Constantine I. This is one of those where the reverse is better than the obverse. I have quite a few Constantine I coins, but no Vota reverses. I do have some other rulers with Vota reverses, but Not Constantine I.
