Edix, that is the coolest numismatic-related, vacation-planning link ever

Of course, now I realize that I have a few stops to make around St. Louis to machines I didnt know about...

Jim, If you have any left, I would love to give one a home in Aus. As far as I am aware, we don't have these machines in Aus.

I know they have elongated machines in Germany as I have flattened coins sent to me from pubs and businesses! Guess we are going to have to get Austalia on the elongated band wagon?

I've got a couple of St. Louis elongates: Union Station (train) and the Science Center (plane).

We were at The Arch, and a few other tourist attractions in St. Louis last year. Wish I would have added to my small elongated coin collection then, when I had the chance.

I received delivery of the elongate from Jim.
Very nice depiction of the three ships: the Susan Constant, the Godspeed and the Discovery, labeled the "Voyage To Virginia" with the date 1607.
Thanx a bunch!
Rest in Peace

Hi Jim1953, I opened your letter today and found the flattened cent. I really like it and will take it to school to show my friends and teacher. Thanks very much.

Jim, Thank you for the flat penny. In school we just learned about Jamestown and I found it very interesting. Thank you for sending me a piece of history.
