I did a Google search with the words "coin chinese 12 zodiac dog." I'm not sure but I think I found your coin:

According to the listing: "24K gold plated commemorative copper medal of Chinese 12 Zodiac-12 lunar new year animals,issued by the China Coins Limited, and minted by Shanghai Mint, mintage 3000 sets...each medal was cast by copper and plated in 24K gold colored, 40mm in diameter, thickness 4mm..."
