tzarmarko Pillar of the Community 614 Posts	Posted 07/04/2012 1:22 pm As you most likely do not know, August 2012 marks the 100th anniversary of the American occupation of Nicaragua. Although this is a very obscure topic, I think it will amount to many nice coin designs. A Bit more info on the occupation of Nicaragua: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United...of_Nicaragua THE RULES: The coin design MUST have a Reverse and a Obverse or else you shall not be counted. The coin design can be either hand-drawn or computer generated, HOWEVER, you will not win purely for your awesome Photoshop skills. To enter this contest you must have a minimum of 50 quality posts. The pictures may be submitted now and until August 7th. This post MUST have at least 10 entries by that time or else no one gets awarded. There will be three winners for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. And now THE PRIZES! 1st Place: 5 pre-1970 darkside coins (NO U.S, Aussie, or Canadian) 2nd Place: 3 pre-1975 darkside coins (NO U.S, Aussie, or Canadian) 3rd Place: 1 ABSOLUTLY RANDOM DARKSIDE COIN. Anywhere from 1800-2012. All Countries are possible And with this I say, good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor! P.S. I will post my coin soon, when draw It!
