I bought some NGC graded coins from APMEX.

The slab sealed with a small plastic bag (pls see picture).

Should I remove these bags or just keep it?

Remove. The coins in the slab which will protect it, the extra plastic does nothing for you

Of course you could start a platic bag collection. Otherwise, get rid of it.

The plastic bag helps protect the plastic holder from getting scratches on it, especially when shipping it. No need to keep it on, if you won't want to.

I like the idea of a plastic bag collection, probably a LOT cheaper than collecting actual coins.
