Technical challenges related to new technology applied to our 25-Cent Colored Glow-in-the-dark Dinosaur Coin have delayed shipment of orders. The Royal Canadian Mint holds itself to exceedingly high standards of quality, innovation and craftsmanship and our customers expect no less. When technical challenges put these high standards in question, the Mint believes it is obligated to correct them rather than release an inferior product. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience related to this situation and genuinely appreciate of your continued patience and understanding.

Please be assured your order is very important to us and is expected to be shipped in September.

Typical, they fail to say what the issue is and whether or not there is anything wrong with the coins already released. The fact that they are not clarifying that the coins already released have nothing wrong with them, tells me that the coins already released have something wrong with them.
