I would grade this good fine (that is, between fine and very fine), however the verdigris on the reverse and the dirt on both sides reduce its value from this grade.

For wear alone I agree with the grade of Fine but the dirt is likely hiding corrosion. The raised rim on the reverse shows telltale signs of bronze corrosion. There is a scratch (old and toned) on the queen's face and a possible drag mark behind Britannia.

The value and electability of common copper coins such as this rely heavily on intact surfaces and natural uniform color. I do not think it would sell particularly well above a dollar.
