At the time I paid a good price for it as I never saw anything like it then or since . It is locked away in my permanent collection - probably will never be for sale in my lifetime . errorone2012 Valued Member Canada 334 Posts	Posted 07/08/2012 2:41 pm sel 691 it would have occur if a partial brockage had remained on the upper die ( like a die cap )and struck the next blank entering . What makes this more interesting is that the partial brockage had to occur on the lower die side and not the normal upper die side . I've attached a picture of a normal partial brockage for you can conceptialize it better . Remember it would be "reversed" for this error to occur . Report this Post to the Staff
