The obverse seems to be a weak strike, otherwise it appears that no wear has been sustained. There are no obvious small marks in the fields. The headband on the crown in particular is weak.

Uncirculated. Krause value $17, which is a bit high. $10 would be nearer the mark.

I have about 90 diferent types of machine struck coins from around the World.

Thanks Sel, was wanting some confirmation on the weak strike. In hand it's definitely uncirculated.
