Nice tone, looks like and end of roll coin. I'm going to saw MS-63. Bell lines have a break in them so no FBL. I've seen these in the $25-30 range. You might get a bit more for the tone.

I'm with Indiangoldeagle that it's probably an end of roll coin and it has great color.
Grade is tough. I want to say 63 but I keep leaning 62.
As far as bugs bunny, it might just be. Can you get a little clearer picture?

looking at your coin today at work instead of on my phone, I say its an easy 63.
Still cant tell on Bugs Bunny.

Still not clear enough to tell. Can you try shooting the coin on an angle to get the light to high light the mouth area. You might have to try a couple shots before you get the one that works best.
