So far, there has not been any flying or aquatic animals. What quintessential Canadian bird can we put? Only two really come to mind. The Loon and the Goose. I think we have had enough loonie coins this year, so if it had to be a bird, I'd say the Canadian Goose. As for an aquatic animal, I'll skip the obvious one for now. We've got Atlantic & Pacific Salmon. Of course, on a coin, most fish kinda look the same. And there is always the obvious Beaver. Its been a good 5 seconds since I have last seen a nickel.
