To be honest I'm really not sure! Lol. I want to say dropped letter but I can't really say either way! I actually didn't even see this when I bought it. It only became clear to me when I took the photos. As a 14-D would this kind of error improve or detract value?

Well, I'm not really sure what it is to be quite honest but if it is a mint error, it's also a key date Lincoln so my guess would be add value.
