Looks like a quarter real from Carlos IV from South America or Mexico. Need better photos.

You should then be able to tell if your coin was from the Nuevo Reino (Bogata) or Popayan mint.

Could also be from on of the following mints: Rioxa (Argentina), Guatamala, Lima, Mexico, Potosi, Santa Fe, Santiago. All from Calico, Calico y Trigo.
