all I can say is smart idea with the mirror! LOL. but to show a rotation it usually is easy to put it in a flip and photograph the coin on both sides.

Did this come from the same lot that gave you the '72 and '83 doubled die's.Quite a hot streak.

Is it just the pictures/lighting or do the inside edges of the coin look really "sharp" for lack of a better word? Almost like a Magicians coin that has an insert..... Not saying it's fake, just looking at the pics. I would imagine if Mr. Diamond didn't pick up on that, I would guess this to be legitimate.....

Tights 24...What Am I to post to look for on a "magicians" coin? I thought magician coins are usally all head or tail on both sides. But I looked at the coin over and over. There is no extra thickness or extra weight..The coin weighs 2.49 gr.It looks just like any other coin exept the rotation. Are there any telltale signs on magician coins?

The mirror shots are nice but still a little tricky in determining the exact rotation. Best I can figure is 160 to 170 degrees max. here. On Lincolns I like to use the reverse first to orient the coin in a flip. Reason being is that the date and liberty are not in perfect hor. position with one another so harder to use the obverse as a guide. I read Mr. Diamonds reply and I had actually thought (before reading it) that it would be rare to have a 180 degree die axis rotation on modern coins. Still kind of scarce though anyway. Curious also as to if any solid indicators here that would show which die was in error ? Obv. or Rev. Was the 94 struck up in horizontal machines ?

There was a thread put on cointalk that also mentioned 1994 rotated die 180 degrees, but dated 2005. Maybe legit?
