I know what a sapper is but didn't realize that the training has carried over from Vietnam to current. Sapper school is pretty intense. Kind of a slightly toned down Ranger school with more emphasis on demo and engineering but still very hard. Discovery channel had a show on it called surviving the cut sapper school. Its highly respected and one of their elite school. daniels Pillar of the Community United States 1620 Posts	Posted 07/21/2012 01:44 am I like them a friend in my unit had lunch with the 4 star general and got a coin from him its really cool ever time I go to his house I have to see it.
