That its a problem coin like it had been cleaned or damaged but the coin is real

Im not sure. I've seen some that say like ms63 details cleaned, and others that just say genuine details cleaned. It may have something to do with how you select to have it graded or just what they are doing at the time.

Generally unless the coin gets faked a lot and is a valuable rarity either way its not worth having coins graded that will get one of those labels
