Wouldn't it be great if every slab submission was returned with a picture of your coin on a cardboard disc? Then you'd have something to put in your album.

Kinda sounds like a POG (change that the military used overseas, since it cost too much to send actual change)?

I guess you could always crop the images from the TPG sites.

NGC takes images of most coins, you can look them up on their website.
(Here is one of my 7070 coins http://www.ngccoin.com/certlookup/C...3413175-010)

PCGS takes less images, unless it is a Secure Shield slab.

ANACS...please, they just got their database started because of ebay.

I would take pictures of ANY coin that I would send in for TPG ragpicker, for just that reason.

I think that would be a good idea. At least then you could put something in your album.

Funny you mention this. In my Dansco Albums, I use cardboard cutouts to fill the key holes because they are in slabs. I write on the cutout "1877 PCGS F12"...etc.
