This coin just came just came from a new mint roll. This coin caught my eye... Unless it is just a strange bagmark, the mark above the date is not PMD. So what is it? Could it be a clash mark from some of the obverse legend? Could another coin have interfered with the strike? Any thoughts?

I am pretty sure that the marks on the coin are raised and not indented.
