Hi there.
Rather new in this so I hope someone can help me with this coin.
It looks like Valens but I am far from sure.

Hello Epiq and ,

Valens didn't actually have coins of this type. Without being able to make out the obverse legend it is hard to match the bust to an exact emporer. Clearly this is the SALVS REIPVBLICAE reverse type depicting Victory dragging a bound captive. Likely emperors for this type are Valentinian II, Theodosius I, Honorius, and Arcadius.
