This is not a coin but a coronation medal. Edward VII (eldest son of Victoria) was crowned on August 9, 1902. There have been oodles of coronation medals issued by numerous authorities, big and small, throughout the entire Empire, as well as other countries (Germany comes to mind, for example). Depending on the material, mintage, and the design they can fetch anything from a couple of bucks to a nice figure.
