I'd say ms65. The obverse is extremely clean but the reverse has some defects (maybe it's just the photos). These are great errors and are pretty common as far as errors go. They're real cheap too. I haven't done much looking, but have you noticed if these are rarer than the broadstruck Philadelphia cents of this year? I would think so.
