Just picked up my last 7070 Half Dollar1912-P-Barber-Half---What-Did-PCGS-Say? and would like to see what the CCF thinks about what PCGS had to say. I would have liked an 19th Century Barber, this one grabbed my attention.

Thanking you in advance!

I'll say vf25. Pcgs is kind of tough. Are those blue marks on the reverse on the coin? Either way, it is a nice looking coin.
I'm really starting to like all these guess the grade threads.

I think they called it a VF-30. I like the look of this coin.
How many more holes do you have left in your 7070?

20 spots to fill, not including the gold.

Not sure about the blue mark on the right wing.

Looks like a classic VF, I'll say VF-25.

I thought you had a lot less than 20 holes especially at the rate you have been filling them up lately. You should be done in a week and a half at this pace.

I agree with the VF-30 grade and really like it! I have a much greater appreciation for design of this coin after seeing this one. I like a coin with personality and this one has it.

I took a second job to satisfy my "addiction/habit", which is not a bad thing.

I had a pretty good run the past couple of months, but I am pretty sure that I will slowing down and pulling over to the far right lane.

I will post the full slab when I get back from school tonight, and the PCGS grade has been mentioned...with a twist.

Thanks for playing along!

I'll say a solid VF-30 but I would not be surprised to see VF-35 in the label.

I am pleased with this half, even though there is a big dip in grades between my Walker (MS64+) and the Seated Liberty with Motto (XF45) Halves, and I did not have a "Green Bean" coin;
