Can anyone please recomend a decent scale that is not to expensive? I don't mind waiting a while for shipping, so it can be from Deal Extreme or a similar off shore company. Thanks

I'm also a reloader, so I just use my RCBS powder scale. You can change it from grains to grams with the push of a button. Since it is the only one I use I can't comment on the accuracy of the readings though.

Prior to ordering one on line, try checking with jewlery stores about where they get theirs. Same with gun stores where the weighing of gun powder is critical.

I agree with 52, ebay is a good source. You want one that measures 1/100th of a gram though. they usually have something like measures to '0.01'

I paid truly next to nothing for mine. My dealer sells them (doesn't sound right...LOL). Its super cheap, super easy to use and very accurate. I am going now to look at the brand. Be right back.

I've purchased a basic one from Harbor Freight Tools for under $15.

I have a GidiWeigh, picked it up for $20 at a coin show. I have seen them at flea markets also. It has a tare button, and 4 function Mode button and a backlight button. Been within +/-.01 gram for most of my use. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005PMI7IA...N=B005PMI7IA

I got one on ebay,it cost me $3.99 with free shipping.I've had it for about six months, and it seems to work great.I'm not using it for anything critical, but it helps me sort the coppers for the zinc 1982 cents. The brand name on the front is HORIZON.I can't remember who the seller was,but it was in the U.S. Hope this helps

I have the one from Harbor Freight as well, and it works great.
It seems to be that some stores have it, and others don't, because I looked for one at the Harbor Freight on one end of town, and they didn't have it,but the other one did.
