Hi guys, what does this 50 Lires Coin grade at? According to Krause, it is worth $10 if XF and up to $40 if UNC. Please help, thanks very much! :D

Probably about XF-AU. With these types of coins it is hard to tell just by the picture.
All in all its in nice condition for its age!
