On the reverse, we have the denomination, "1 skilling". "Danske" means "Danish". "KM" is short for "koppar mynt", meaning "copper coin", then the date 1771.

On the obverse, we have the crowned monogram of the king of Denmark at the time, Christian VII: a double-overlapping letter C and numeral 7.

We have some Danish collectors here who might know better on grade. I suspect it's closer to Fine or "1" by Danish grading.
I'm comparing your coin to the varieties in my Siegs catalogue, and there are several varieties with various values, with a few monogram varieties. Your coin has especially large lower curls of the "C"--I'm unsure how that affects value.

I would expect more detail on the crown for VF and the rosettes on either side of the 1 of 1 skilling on the reverse.

I think this is slightly better than F.
