As a side note I also found a 1913 wheatie in another roll today that was so worn I swear it could have been circulating for the last 99 years!

I think this is a F-12. Though there is some slight separation between cheek and jaw, the overall design is flat, obverse and reverse. Also, details in hair are not all there. Interested to see what other folks say, because it's at this level that I'm really trying to hone my grading skills.
