Nice looking Key Date coin.  A bit of 'wood grain', the 'mark' across the 'E' in CENT, keeps it from a better grade but, still looks like EF40 to me.

There is no real evidence of a cleaning in hand. Likely my crappy photography skills making it look that way.

EF-40 and does not look cleaned, only lighting in the photo makes it look so.

IMHO your very nice find is VF-35 and I don't think it has been cleaned. Great find.

I wish everyone used all the digits on the Sheldon scale. I like this coin at XF-47 myself.
