Hard to see some of the details because of the lighting but I would say F12 maybe higher if there is more detail in the skirt, face, and feathers than can be seen here.

Seems to have nice luster but that could just be the lighting as well. All around I say it has nice eye appeal.

Walkers, when is pristine condition, show up the brilliant neo classic artwork.
One of the best designs ever to appear on a coin.

When they are worn as this one is, they show up the WORST aspects of the Weinman design.

There is a very obvious and unsightly wear patch on the diameter along Liberty's body on the obverse, and an equally obvious and unsightly wear patch along the Eagle's body also on a diameter, on the reverse.
