High Serial?

I found this today, and looked up the runs.. and read this.

All serial numbers in this series begin with E. Serial numbers above 96000000 are not used; thus for example EE96000000A is followed by EE00000001B.

So would this serial be high enough to be a keeper? Or should I just spend it?

no serial numbers above ee96000000a are used it starts out as ee96000001a as a uncut sheet note. you might find someone willing to give you face but I would just spend it.
