The ink on the serial on the right side of the note looks smudged. It's kind of hard to see in the pictures. I looked at it with a loupe and the ink "smudge stops ebenly across the bottom of the digits as you can kind of see in the closeup. I know absolutely nothing about note errors, so any info is appreciated. Thanks :)

I would bet it is smudged, but I've seen worse. I think most currency errors are ones that you can see with a naked eye, and these smudges are just part of the process and nothing out of the ordinary, as far as I know.

It's definitely noticeable with the naked eye.. looks like the serial is lightly highlighted green. It doesn't show up real well on the picture though.

I can see what your talking about but but it is not enough of a smudge to be considered an error IMHO.
