Looks like an MS-62 Morgan that was packaged and sold by a private firm. This is not a government sealed dollar. Capital Plastics name is on the holder and they sell to the Numismatic community.

A custom holder made by Capital Plastics for a telemarketer. This coin probably sold for at least three or more times its actual value when marketed on one of the home shopping networks.

At least they really didn't misrepresent the coin, it is brilliant and it is uncirculated but that's all.

I Googled the National Minting Distribution Center, Inc. and on Corporationwiki it lists the company's officers being Howard Cohen as the President, Treasurer and Secretary. He probably has some employees packaging and shipping the coins.

National Minting Distribution Center? Is that a division of Not The Federal Reserve or Not The Department of the Treasury?
