10-Shilling-Fisher-Note-British-Banknote

I just bought this one... theres a few of them on ebay.com ranging in grades and prices considerably...

I put an offer in on this one and thought it stuck a decent balance between affordability and eye appeal but really I wont know till it arrives.

Also I bought an EF Brittania £5 note (with the unshaded denomination on reverse) a $1 horseblanket and a $10 blue seal.

Now I am gonna sew up my wallet for a few months...

received my notes today... the 10 shilling looks uncirculated from the from, but the reverse shows where it has been folded with some staining (as can be een from the photo) the funny thing is its dead flat, maybe it's been pressed...anyway it certainly seems towards the EF end of VF so I am pleased :)

The Britannia £5 was a little dissapointing really it was in one piece and unmarked but not flat at all, like it had been rolled up from both ends...maybe after some time in my album it will flatten it out a little...
