There is too much wear on the high points, where the shape of the design is worn flat, to get any sort of EF grade.

The shield on the eagle's breast is usually the first to go.

VF. Not inclined to use the Sheldon numbers on non U.S. coins.

Attractive enough coin, anyway.

Post title says 3k coin shows 2k so I'm going with the pic. Y#10.3 Krause cv VF $7 EF $10. I would grade your coin as VF+. It's really a nice looking coin. A less wear on the shield and it would have been an EF.
