In 1985. I received a 5 dollar bill out of a ATM machine that was only printed on the front side. Does anyone know where I could find out how rare this is.The bill was never folded and never circulated,I will try to post some pictures, Thanks

to the forum! Sounds like your note is missing the first print. A picture would always help since the real question you want to know is how much is it worth probably and since condition is everything it depends on it for a value.

Yes missing prints are rare and sought after and you would have no trouble selling it to a collector if that is what you want. Your not going to get rich off it, and depending on its condition maybe $400.

Edit - In response to your edit. Technically if you got the note out of an ATM machine it is a circulated note, but probably high grade I imagine.

Would love to see a picture if you can display one. You have the makings of a rare find and a top error for collectors of those types.
