I at first thought it was pencil, but after rubbing some kleenex on it, nothing came off? Not exactly sure what kind of substance is on it. Any of you guys seen something like this before? tfred Pillar of the Community Canada 627 Posts	Posted 08/02/2012 10:40 am I've had quite a few bills look similar to this where only one half of a bill looks good and the other half looks crap. Fold a bill in half and only dirty one side or get one side wet, etc. etc. Who knows what is on that bill. Its too bad though. Report this Post to the Staff
