Hey y'all. Any ideas why this wheat back is this color? Seems decent condition otherwise. Wasn't too sure where to post this one but interested. Maybe the luster just wore off in time?

Its called Chocolate brown and is favored by some collectors. I am not sure of the premium on these, but have seen them. Have a pic of the reverse?

That color is perfectly normal for a circulated copper coin
