Help Identifying VAM

I was looking through a bunch of Morgans and came across an 1889-O that had a problem with the date. The bottom of the first 8 has some dye marks on the right side and the second 8, the whole left side appears to be covered with a dye mark. The coin isn't in the best shape, but I do not believe it is damage from circulation, but appears to be from the mint. I could not find a similar VAM listing, can anyone help. The pics is the best I can come up with, not my forte. Tks in advance.

You'll need to help us first. We will need larger photos of the complete obverse and reverse, with close ups of the areas of interest. Also, post these in the special section above (Morgan and Peace dollar VAMs).
