I am unable to locate markers, any ideas?

Looks like the normal master die doubling of the year. Can you show a picture of the rest of the obverse?

Hard to tell with just the date. If you show us the words Liberty and IGWT in the same zoom and quality as your first pic we will be able to answer your question.

It does look a lot like 009....lack of markers might only mean an earlier die state.

At this moment I cannot put up a pic, but it does does have a MAD, and nothing is mentioned about the rest of the coin on coppercoins. Thanks
