Should be certified since you received it in Gem CU...
Looks like a genuine missing 1st print error, this happens when 2 @ 32 subject sheets are stuck together, then seperate after printing when entering the press for the 2nd printing (front), and since the notes are inspected on the face side, they can easily pass through the inspection process, where a blank front would kinda jump out at the inspectors...

This note, if certified, should bring anywhere between $300 to $500 in GEM CU condition, depending on how many people bid on it...

Very nice note. You should get it graded and slabbed and until then put it in a plastic sleeve. Congrats,

Nice looking note. You have obviously been storing it well for that last 27 (or so) years. I agree with the rest who have said to get it graded and slabbed since it is a circulated note as I was saying in your first topic about it:

It has probably been run through 2 counters (one bank counter and an ATM machine) and been handled. The pictures wouldn't show any minute imperfections that could leave on it. Grading would do three things, protect it from any further wear, and let a buyer know exactly what condition it is in, and tell the buyer it is genuine.

Believe it or not a LOT of unscrupulous people sell manufactured notes and buyers know that so they are more likely to bid top dollar for a note slabbed by one of the top TPG companies like PCGS or PMG.
