This was purchased amoung a lot over a month ago.
Seems to be a Fourree Mule.
Although the reverse has a bust of Julia Mamaea with "IVLIA AVGVSTA" the reverse has "FELICITAS AVGG" a reverse type from the Caracalla denarius, RIC 127.

Coin weighs 3.12 grams and is 18 x 18.5 x 1.5 mmm.

In March I had purchased, also amoung a lot, a Severan era Fourree mule that had the obverse of Julia Mamaea and the reverse matching the Severus Alexander "PM TR P VI COS II PP, Annona" RIC 65 type, that was a metal detecting find from Yorkshire.

It is curious to again aquire a Severan era Fourree, that comprises an obverse of the mother of the emperor the reverse honours. Would be good to see other examples.

Educate me on this. Since they are mules, does this make them fakes? If so, are they modern fakes or ancient fakes? I also have a coin that has been identified as a mule. But, again, my question is modern or ancient? Here is mine. It is an Antoninianus with a Philip I obverse with a Gordian III reverse:

Rather than give my own opinion, see here:

However, I would like to know if there are other Fouree examples of the Severan era.

I also have a Julia Mamaea limes coin which is the same size as your coin...This coin could have been made a Fourree....
