Id like to get a hold of a KGV note. Something that isn't torn, soiled too bad or completely rubbish. Something around Fine. Is there a denomination/signature/prefix that is more affordable? Do I have much hope of getting a note for less than $300 that is collectible?

I had a look at the catalogues and prices are insane. Are they anywhere near where the market is?

Hi enworb,

Your best bet would be a Riddle / Sheehan One pound note. I got one for $120 on ebay which was fine and had no problems. It is the most ffordable KGV note.

Thanks mate. WOW thats quite affordable compared to what I was thinking. I've just had a look on the bay and should be able to get quite a decent one.
