looks like Die Deterioration but it's hard to tell with the glare in your pics.

I can't really tell, the pics have to much glare...The last one is interesting though.

I apologize for the glare. And thanks for the input. I just wanted to add the coin weighs 3.1 grams, which tells me its a copper platchet. The glare doesn't do any justice to the pics. I will try and get a lower light pics. I searched online for anything similar and found the 1982 offset hub doubling that has the same markings especially in the E
