Hello all
I am usally in to coins ,but I found this 2009-20$ bill I thought was a bit weird.First I thought its the way it was cut ,but then the reverse of the bill looks fine .Maybe you guys can help me with this one....

As a general rule part of the design has to be missing for it to have a premium.

I'm no expert but that kind of bill is fairly common. The off-center printing errors that valuable are the ones with BIG errors.

A BIG error, where some of the design is missing, is more likely to be caught at the BEP so if one of those escapes it has some value.

But small errors really don't seem to matter.
