This ones hard to see, small mound SE of primary. Thin line mintmark NE of primary very hard to see. Marker die scratch from 6 to Lincoln chest there, and "LIBERTY" looks correct except "B" is different. Coin is sort of proof-like, with very few die lines.

Looks like a normal coin from images provided. The location on your coin is too far north to be 028.
