Thanks jbuck, I've been asked to put the three pieces together and make it a little shorter for publication in a magazine. I'm surprised, however, that no one else in the forums has commented.

The story behind the Missouri State Quarter design was very interesting. First time that I had heard of the attribute. Also I didn't know about the attribution for the model of Saint-Gaudens double eagle.

As much as I disgree with Rangel, I do agree with his proposal on King as long as the design can be done with taste. After all he did speak for the common people.
