Hello All,

Looks like some environmental damage on this one....any thoughts on possible grade?

Can you replace the 48 50c obverse with a photo of the Bust Dime?

I don't see any env. damage from those pics; they're not very clear. It looks like a nice, original coin from those pics imo. I'll go with vf30, but I may be way off on this one.

Thanks for the feedback ErrorCoins222, I am new to collecting and have trouble telling damage from original sometimes; hope to get better by observing and learning from this forum.

If you could post a better pic, we could help you even more! Actually when I was grading it, I thought it was a dime. I might upgrade it a level, vf35, since its a h10c. I feel like the dime and Half Dimes of the bust series are graded differently.
Did you pick this one up, or inherit it? If you picked it up yourself as a new collector, I applaud you. It's got nice color and that original look (as long as it really doesn't have env. damage,) and something that I would go for if I collected the series.

ErrorCoins222, I inherited this one. Don't quite have the "eye" yet, but out of the coins I've looked through thus far this is one that I thought was in decent shape and I've taken a liking to this particular series.
