My sister recently gave me this penny she found. I found it interesting...it's a penny with JFK's face stamped next to Lincoln's. I did some research and apparently they were made due to the "astonishing resemblances" that Lincoln and JFK share when it comes to assassination and things like that. I just thought I'd share...it appears someone tried to spray paint the coin gold...I can easily scrape off the gold layer with my fingernail. The back of the coin almost looks melted, too.

thats glue on the back of the coin, it was probably glued into an album or something.

I have one that's glued onto a small blue pamphlet thing with all the similarities between the two listed. It's actually very interesting the facts that are on there.
It's not worth much at all, maybe 10c if you could even get that, but still interesting.

Its called a counter stamp. There are people that collect them.
